Adeleke is part of the Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial teams respectively.
He is actively involved in high profile matters handled by the Firm and has appeared in various superior Courts of records in Nigeria. Adeleke successfully represented an institution of higher learning in a multimillion compensation claim. He represented over 700 workmen in a class action for unlawful termination of employment against a state government in Nigeria. He has also participated in several commercial arbitration proceedings.

Adeleke has advised both local and foreign companies on incorporation and post incorporation matters particularly on issues of corporate restructuring. He is part of a team that advised a foreign investor on regulatory compliance with respect to its acquisition of majority shares in a micro finance bank in Nigeria.

Prior to joining Aarndale, Adeleke had worked in several notable law firms in Nigeria where he garnered experience as a vibrant and meticulous legal practitioner.
