Harvey is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Corporate\/Commercial practice groups. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (\u201cNBA\u201d) and a member of the Section on Legal Practice of the Nigerian Bar Association. Harvey is also a member of the Mentoring Committee of the Lagos branch of the NBA.<\/p>\n
Harvey has successfully represented clients in superior Courts of record in high profile disputes emanating from matters relating to labour and employment, intellectual property infringement, defamation, debt recovery, contracts, insurance, real estate and companies winding up proceedings. He is part of the team representing an indigenous film production and distribution company in a trademark infringement claim filed against an international champagne brand. He has also participated in several arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution proceedings.<\/p>\n
Harvey has also been involved in advising multinational companies on doing business in Nigeria and regulatory compliance requirement for businesses in various industries. He regularly advises clients on commercial transactions and has negotiated and drafted a broad range of commercial agreements. He is part of the team that provides legal advisory and company secretarial services to the business incubation arm of the world\u2019s largest global agriculture innovation network.
\nHarvey has a broad spectrum of knowledge in matters relating to taxation and admiralty and has over the years garnered the requisite skill and competent to dissect complex legal issues.<\/p>\n
