Mr. Babatunde Aiku, SAN, studied Law at University of Ibadan between 1984 and 1987 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November, 1988.<\/p>\n
He had his National Youth Corps primary assignment in the Chambers of Enefiok Udoh & Co, Legal Practitioners, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State between 1988 and 1989 and since 1989 practiced in the Law office of Bandele A. Aiku & Co (Legal Practitioners & Notaries). He obtained a Post Graduate degree in Shipping Law at the University College London in 1993. He has extensive practice in criminal and civil litigation and in commercial law and practice.<\/p>\n
A member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association for the period 2004-2012 and served as Chairman, Nigerian Bar Association (Ibadan Branch) for the period 2006-2008. He is a Notary public, member of the International Bar Association, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to practice in the Nigerian Capital Market. He was admitted into the Inner Bar as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2011.<\/p>\n
