Agba Eimunjeze is the Managing Partner of AARNDALE Solicitors and heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, and practises across commercial litigation, real estate, debt recovery and intellectual property.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, serving on its Judiciary Committee and as a co-opted member of the Executive Committee of the Lagos branch. He is also a member of the Section on Legal Practice of the NBA and of the International Bar Association, with a particular focus on dispute resolution.

He regularly advises local and international clients in high-profile commercial disputes, representing them before superior courts of record and tribunals across Nigeria. He has extensive real estate experience, advising on commercial and residential transactions, leasehold acquisitions and disposals.

Agba is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and a Notary Public, and previously practised at Babalakin & Co, Paul Usoro & Co and Aelex Legal Practitioners & Arbitrators.

Ayoyinka Olajide-Awosedo heads the Corporate Commercial department of the Firm. Her primary practice areas are corporate and commercial law and corporate finance. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and the International Bar Association, and has served as Publicity Secretary for the Capital Markets Solicitors Association.

She is an active member of the Section on Business Law of the NBA, currently sitting on the Council of the SBL as its Vice-Chairman. She co-authored the Nigerian chapter of 'Getting the Deal Through - Mergers and Acquisitions' in 2012 and 2013.

Ayoyinka regularly advises clients both local and international on multi-billion naira transactions. She has led due diligence teams advising a Nordic bank and a European bank on their respective multi-million-dollar investments in Nigerian microfinance banks.

She conducted extensive legal due diligence on a telecommunications company in connection with a successful US$1.6 billion acquisition of interest in a pioneer mobile network operator. Prior to joining AARNDALE she worked at Aelex Legal Practitioners & Arbitrators and at Linklaters LLP in London.
