Provided legal advisory services to the business incubation arm of the world's largest global agriculture innovation network, establishing several Special Purpose Vehicles and preparing all relevant contract documents.
Advised a Nordic trade and investment promotion agency on matters of trade in Nigeria.
Advised a foreign entity in the construction industry on doing business in Nigeria and obtained all relevant permits for buying, selling, leasing and operating heavy-duty machinery.
